About the Job:
The core objective of this position is to develop business; acquire new customers and sell our products or services to existing ones and to new clients. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing new and existing client relationships across the UAE and capabilities to meet the financial goals of the company. He will report to Regional Business Development Manager. He/She will bring an enthusiastic customer-focused methodology that will be a big part of CRI Group’s values. Furthermore, we are expecting a wealth of experience to create and manage successful go-to-market representations and approaches those cross numerous disciplines which will make an instantaneous impact on our capability to reach out and capture new business in UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities/market leads across public and private sector organizations.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle starting from finding the lead to closing the deal
- Develop and manage minimum number of effective meetings on monthly basis
- Prepare quarterly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- To continuous update the centralized database (a CRM system specifically HubSpot) with key decision makers’ contact details
- Identify and nurture partnership opportunities with public and private sector organizations including but not limited to regulatory bodies, chambers & international missions
- To ensure high visibility within market by developing a good rapport with trade group association including but not limited to events, trade shows, board positions elections
- Develop relationships with those contacts through social media, e-alerts and proposed meetings either at their locations or via trade events.
- Represent the company at events, trade association meetings, public forums, seminars to promote services.
- To keep he abreast of events happening in the region relevant to our industry and target audience.
- Act as lead contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFPs)/Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Ensure that pricing for all opportunities is appropriate
- Work with our Customer Onboarding team to ensure that new business contracts are implemented seamlessly • Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan by actively seeking opportunities to increase revenue growth
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
About You:
- 3 years of experience as a business development or sales
- Must be from the industry of anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Risk Management and Compliance Management, Investigative Research Services
- Must know strategic sales planning principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- BBA/MBA in business administration or relevant discipline
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Proactive, creative and problem solver
- High accountable & responsible
- Must have relationship building skills
- Must have networking skills
