Being a part of Background Screening and Investigations Industry, we are the core workers that can bring awareness to the companies to adopt anti-bribery, anti-fraud services to mitigate the risk by hiring incompetent workforce by offering our services in the industry by highlighting red flags and fact based reporting regarding the risks that can be faced.
2. What motivates and/or inspire you most in your daily tasks?
Learning and exploring something new on a daily basis. Multi-tasking.
3. What are you most proud of (accomplishments) during the period of working with CRI Group?
Starting the journey from Research Analyst to Investigations Officer- Quality Assurance makes me proud. Helping analysts to resolve their issues brings a sense of accomplishment for me.

CRI’s management and positive also friendly work environment. One to one discussions and meetings with the CEO to listen our problems and considering them for solutions. Motivation form my manager on finding new sources and ease the work of Operations teams boost my morale.
